hours

monday – friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. closed weekends and federal holidays.

appointment duration

1 hour appointment time-slot for showroom pulls.

check-in

talent must check-in with our front desk upon arrival with their ID.

cafe policy

hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm. one complimentary beverage per visit. non-transferable; does not roll over.

booking

email or dm the team on instagram, in advance or same-day; confirmed first-come first-served.

xr studio

complimentary xr studio access is available to members and collaborators. all sessions must be booked in advance via email or instagram dms. additional production fees, staffing, or technical requirements may apply depending on usage and production size.

pull limit & duration

up to 4 items per pull session. maximum 5 business days per pull. items must be returned before a new pull may begin.

studio rules

members must respect appointment time slots, leave sets clean, return all props, racks, and steamers, limit guests to approved numbers, and treat staff with respect. the following are strictly not permitted: smoking or vaping, illegal substances, unauthorized commercial productions, selling counterfeit goods, or filming other members without their consent. emcee reserves the right to remove guests or terminate sessions for disruptive behavior.

pickup & returns

pick-up and drop-off during normal business hours; weekend and holiday hours subject to change and announced by management. no returns outside operating hours. items must be directly handed off to staff.

late returns

to protect inventory availability and brand relationships, late returns are strictly enforced. if shipped inventory or in-person returns are not returned after the due date, emcee may charge the full replacement cost.

shipping liability

members outside new york are responsible for all shipping costs. shipping is only available within the u.s. unless otherwise approved. members are responsible for return shipping and must provide tracking. members are liable for loss, theft, damage, and delayed returns. if shipped inventory isn't returned within 7 calendar days after the due date, emcee may charge the replacement cost.

item responsibility

members are fully responsible for all borrowed items from the moment of pull until return. members will be billed at full retail value for any items not returned within 7 calendar days, damaged, or lost — no exceptions. emcee may charge the full replacement value to the card on file.

damages

normal wear is expected. members may be charged for tears, burns, permanent stains, smoke, or water damage.

guest policy

members may bring one (1) guest per visit. guests must be accompanied by the member at all times. additional guest access is subject to approval, event availability, or purchase on select tiers.

luxury items

for leather goods, jewelry, archive designer pieces, limited edition items, and samples valued at $2,500 or more, emcee may require staff approval and additional authorization and handling.

no-show policy

appointments not cancelled with 24 hours' notice are subject to a 30-minute hold window. appointments are forfeited after 30 minutes without arrival or contact.

alcoholic usage

must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages in the cafe area. a valid government id may be required at any time. emcee reserves the right to refuse alcoholic service to any member.

resale restrictions

pulled items may not be resold, sub-rented, pawned, used for counterfeit reproduction, or commercially rented to third parties. violation results in immediate membership termination, permanent blacklist, and legal action if necessary.

content usage

members are encouraged to tag emcee, participating designers, and brand collaborators in all content created on-site. emcee may repost member content for marketing, social media, and community promotion unless otherwise requested in writing. pulled items are intended for ugc creation on the emcee platform or other social channels — not for commercial rental or resale.

conduct

emcee is a curated talent environment. members may not harass staff or other talent, film members without consent, aggressively self-promote, disrupt shoots or livestreams, or host outside meetings without prior approval. repeated violations may result in suspension, restricted access, or membership termination.

billing

membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on your enrollment date. billing continues automatically each month until cancelled.

cancellation

members may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to access@emcee.com no later than 7 days before the next billing date. cancellations received after the 7-day window will take effect the following billing cycle.

no refunds

all membership fees are non-refundable. partial-month cancellations, unused visits, and unused studio sessions are not eligible for credit or refund.

failed payments

failed payments may result in paused access, reservation cancellation, and loss of pull privileges until resolved.

pause policy

one pause per 12-month period, up to 30 days. access is suspended during the pause period and billing auto-resumes at the end of the pause.

modifications

emcee reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue membership benefits at any time. members will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance.

community standard

emcee is a curated ecosystem built for talent. membership is a privilege designed to create opportunity, collaboration, and access, while protecting the integrity of the community and its partners.

revocation

emcee reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership at its sole discretion, including for misuse of items, policy violations, conduct inconsistent with community standards, or non-payment. revoked memberships are not eligible for refund.

founding member rate

the $150/month founding member rate and associated perks are locked until the end of 2026. rate protection is forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be reinstated. founding and vip members may also receive priority reservations, concierge styling, extended holds, event priority, beta feature access, and private appointments.
